According to the data from the State Statistical Office, a total of 297 building permits were issued in September 2016, which was 6.0% less than the same month of the previous year.
According to the issued building permits, the expected total value of the constructions was 5 088 315 thousand denars, which was 21.7% more than the same month of the previous year.
Of the total number of issued building permits, 196 (66.0%) are for buildings, 23 (7.7%) are for civil engineering structures, and 78 (26.3%) are for reconstructions.
Of the total of 297 structures, for 203 (68.4%) the investors are private persons, and for 94 (31.6%) structures the investors are business entities.
In the reference period, 1 009 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of 78 143 m2.
