According to the data from the State Statistical Office, a total of 249 building permits were issued in August 2016, which was 20.9% more than the same month of the previous year.
According to the issued building permits, the expected total value of the constructions was 2 586 409 thousand denars, which was 28.5% less than the same month of the previous year.
Of the total number of issued building permits, 151 (60.6%) are for buildings, 32 (12.9%) are for civil engineering structures, and 66 (26.5%) are for reconstructions.
Of the total of 249 structures, for 158 (63.5%) the investors are private persons, and for 91 (36.5%) structures the investors are business entities.
In the reference period, 276 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of 27 426 m2.
