According to the data from the State Statistical Office, a total of 256 building permits were issued in July 2016, which was 28.7%
less than the same month of the previous year.
According to the issued building permits, the expected total value of the constructions was 3 462 458 thousand denars, which
was 37.9% less than the same month of the previous year.
Of the total number of issued building permits, 181 (70.7%) are for buildings, 24 (9.4%) are for civil engineering structures, and
51 (19.9%) are for reconstructions.
Of the total of 256 structures, for 181 (70.7%) the investors are private persons, and for 75 (29.3%) structures the investors are
business entities.
In the reference period, 711 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of 58 253 m².
