According to the data from the State Statistical Office, a total of 274 building permits were issued in June 2016, which was 47.3% more than the same month of the previous year.
According to the issued building permits, the expected total value of the constructions was 4 405 372 thousand denars, which was 52.9% more than the same month of the previous year.
Of the total number of issued building permits, 174 (63.5%) are for buildings, 30 (10.9%) are for civil engineering structures, and 70 (25.6%) are for reconstructions.
Of the total of 274 structures, for 169 (61.7%) the investors are private persons, and for 105 (38.3%) structures the investors are business entities.
In the reference period, 857 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of 63 032 m2.
