According to the data from the State Statistical Office, a total of 228 building permits were issued in April 2016, which was 8.6% more than the same month of the previous year.
According to the issued building permits, the expected total value of the constructions was 3 017 673 thousand denars, which was 20.3% more than the same month of the previous year.
Of the total number of issued building permits, 138 (60.5%) are for buildings, 29 (12.7%) are for civil engineering structures, and 61 (26.8%) are for reconstructions.
Of the total of 228 structures, for 138 (60.5%) the investors are private persons, and for 90 (39.5%) structures the investors are business entities.
In the reference period, 461 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of 36 417 m2.
