Issued building permits, March 2016

According to the data from the State Statistical Office, a total of 196 building permits were issued in March 2016, which was
17.6% less than the same month of the previous year.
According to the issued building permits, the expected total value of the constructions was 2 925 448 thousand denars, which
was 23.8% less than the same month of the previous year.
Of the total number of issued building permits, 116 (59.2%) are for buildings, 32 (16.3%) are for civil engineering structures, and
48 (24.5%) are for reconstructions.
Of the total of 196 structures, for 120 (61.2%) the investors are private persons, and for 76 (38.8%) structures the investors are
business entities.
In the reference period, 527 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of 42 545 m².
