According to the data from the State Statistical Office, a total of 335 building permits were issued in February 2016, which was 48.2% more than the same month of the previous year.
According to the issued building permits, the expected total value of the constructions was 5 872 239 thousand denars, which was 228.3% more than the same month of the previous year.
Of the total number of issued building permits, 197 (58.8%) are for buildings, 39 (11.6%) are for civil engineering structures, and 99 (29.6%) are for reconstructions.
Of the total of 335 structures, for 198 (59.1%) the investors are private persons, and for 137 (40.9%) structures the investors are business entities.
In the reference period, 848 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of 66 209 m2.
