According to the data from the State Statistical Office, a total of 336 building permits were issued in December 2015, which was
10.2% more than the same month of the previous year.
According to the issued building permits, the expected total value of the constructions was 4 860 616 thousand denars, which
was 40.0% more than the same month of the previous year.
Of the total number of issued building permits, 216 (64.3%) are for buildings, 49 (14.6%) are for civil engineering structures, and
71 (21.1%) are for reconstructions.
Of the total of 336 structures, for 216 (64.3%) the investors are private persons, and for 120 (35.7%) structures the investors are
business entities.
In the reference period, 919 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of 65 430 m².
