According to the data from the State Statistical Office, a total of 318 building permits were issued in November 2015, which was
13.2% more than the same month of the previous year.
According to the issued building permits, the expected total value of the constructions was 5 981 924 thousand denars, which
was 66.1% more than the same month of the previous year.
Of the total number of issued building permits, 201 (63.2%) are for buildings, 36 (11.3%) are for civil engineering structures, and
81 (25.5%) are for reconstructions.
Of the total of 318 structures, for 221 (69.5%) the investors are private persons, and for 97 (30.5%) structures the investors are
business entities.
In the reference period, 539 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of 43 785 m².
