According to the data from the State Statistical Office, a total of 326 building permits were issued in October 2015, which was
35.3% more than the same month of the previous year.
According to the issued building permits, the expected total value of the constructions was 5 050 934 thousand denars, which
was 52.9% more than the same month of the previous year.
Of the total number of issued building permits, 187 (57.4%) are for buildings, 45 (13.8%) are for civil engineering structures, and
94 (28.8%) are for reconstructions.
Of the total of 326 structures, for 202 (62.0%) the investors are private persons, and for 124 (38.0%) structures the investors are
business entities.
In the reference period, 869 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of 69 474 m².
