According to the data from the State Statistical Office, a total of 316 building permits were issued in September 2015, which was 19.7% more than the same month of the previous year.
According to the issued building permits, the expected total value of the constructions was 4 182 150 thousand denars, which was 6.2% more than the same month of the previous year.
Of the total number of issued building permits, 186 (58.9%) are for buildings, 50 (15.8%) are for civil engineering structures, and 80 (25.3%) are for reconstructions.
Of the total of 316 structures, for 189 (59.8%) the investors are private persons, and for 127 (40.2%) structures the investors are business entities.
In the reference period, 376 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of 35 189 m2.
