Issued building permits, August 2015

According to the data from the State Statistical Office, a total of 206 building permits were issued in August 2015, which was
32.9% more than the same month of the previous year.
According to the issued building permits, the expected total value of the constructions was 3 616 289 thousand denars, which
was 299.8% more than the same month of the previous year.
Of the total number of issued building permits, 111 (53.9%) are for buildings, 43 (20.9%) are for civil engineering structures, and
52 (25.2%) are for reconstructions.
Of the total of 206 structures, for 115 (55.8%) the investors are private persons, and for 91 (44.2%) structures the investors are
business entities.
In the reference period, 339 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of 30 233 m².
