According to the data from the State Statistical Office, a total of 359 building permits were issued in July 2015, which was 71.8%
more than the same month of the previous year.
According to the issued building permits, the expected total value of the constructions was 5 576 256 thousand denars, which
was 13.6% less than the same month of the previous year.
The lower expected value is due to the fact that in the previous period a building permit was issued for the capital investment for
building the arterial gas pipeline Klechovce - Negotino.
Of the total number of issued building permits, 231 (64.4%) are for buildings, 40 (11.1%) are for civil engineering structures, and
88 (24.5%) are for reconstructions.
Of the total of 359 structures, for 227 (63.2%) the investors are private persons, and for 132 (36.8%) structures the investors are
business entities.
In the reference period, 956 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of 72 255 m2.
