Issued building permits, June 2015

According to the data from the State Statistical Office, a total of 186 building permits were issued in June 2015, which was 10.1%
more than the same month of the previous year.
According to the issued building permits, the expected total value of the constructions was 2 880 672 thousand denars, which
was 49.0% more than the same month of the previous year.
Of the total number of issued building permits, 116 (62.4%) are for buildings, 28 (15.0%) are for civil engineering structures, and
42 (22.6%) are for reconstructions.
Of the total of 186 structures, for 134 (72.0%) the investors are private persons, and for 52 (28.0%) structures the investors are
business entities.
In the reference period, 209 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of 20 688 m².
