According to the data from the State Statistical Office, a total of 186 building permits were issued in May 2015, which was 4.1% less than the same month of the previous year.
According to the issued building permits, the expected total value of the constructions was 4 397 718 thousand denars, which was 24.8% less than the same month of the previous year.
Of the total number of issued building permits, 128 (68.8%) are for buildings, 23 (12.4%) are for civil engineering structures, and 35 (18.8%) are for reconstructions.
Of the total of 186 structures, for 137 (73.7%) the investors are private persons, and for 49 (26.3%) structures the investors are business entities.
In the reference period, 332 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of 28 748 m2.
