Issued building permits, March 2015

According to the data from the State Statistical Office, a total of 238 building permits were issued in March 2015, which was 5.9%
less than the same month of the previous year.
According to the issued building permits, the expected total value of the constructions was 3 838 874 thousand denars, which
was 82.3% less than the same month of the previous year.
The lower expected value is due to the fact that in the previous period building permits were issued for the capital investments
for building the 2 highways, as well as for rehabilitation of part of the railway.
Of the total number of issued building permits, 133 (55.9%) are for buildings, 36 (15.1%) are for civil engineering structures, and
69 (29.0%) are for reconstructions.
Of the total of 238 structures, for 157 (66.0%) the investors are private persons, and for 81 (34.0%) structures the investors are
business entities.
In the reference period, 487 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of 34 668 m².
