According to the data from the State Statistical Office, a total of 226 building permits were issued in February 2015, which was 6.6% more than the same month of the previous year.
According to the issued building permits, the expected total value of the constructions was 1 788 919 thousand denars, which was 49.2% less than the same month of the previous year.
Of the total number of issued building permits, 149 (65.9%) are for buildings, 36 (15.9%) are for civil engineering structures, and 41 (18.2%) are for reconstructions.
Of the total of 226 structures, for 143 (63.3%) the investors are private persons, and for 83 (36.7%) structures the investors are business entities.
In the reference period, 353 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of 28 626 m2.
