According to the data from the State Statistical Office, a total of 236 building permits were issued in January 2015, which was 68.6% more than the same month of the previous year.
According to the issued building permits, the expected total value of the constructions was 1 578 227 thousand denars, which was 35.8% less than the same month of the previous year.
Of the total number of issued building permits, 153 (64.8%) are for buildings, 26 (11.0%) are for civil engineering structures, and 57 (24.2%) are for reconstructions.
Of the total of 236 structures, for 166 (70.3%) the investors are private persons, and for 70 (29.7%) structures the investors are business entities.
In the reference period, 383 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of 35 209 m2.
