According to the data from the State Statistical Office, a total of 281 building permits were issued in November 2014, which was 54.4% more than the same month of the previous year.
According to the issued building permits, the expected total value of the constructions was 3 601 885 thousand denars, which was 83.9% more than the same month of the previous year.
Of the total number of issued building permits, 181 (64.4%) are for buildings, 41 (14.6%) are for civil engineering structures, and 59 (21.0%) are for reconstructions.
Of the total of 281 structures, for 184 (65.5%) the investors are private persons, and for 97 (34.5%) structures the investors are business entities.
In the reference period, 361 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of 35 324 m2.
