According to the data from the State Statistical Office, a total of 241 building permits were issued in October 2014, which was 63.9% more than the same month of the previous year.
According to the issued building permits, the expected total value of the constructions was 3 302 972 thousand denars, which was 29.4% more than the same month of the previous year.
Of the total number of issued building permits, 169 (70.1%) are for buildings, 26 (10.8%) are for civil engineering structures, and 46 (19.1%) are for reconstructions.
Of the total of 241 structures, for 176 (73.0%) the investors are private persons, and for 65 (27.0%) structures the investors are business entities.
In the reference period, 485 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of 39 498 m2.
