Issued building permits, September 2014

According to the data from the State Statistical Office, a total of 264 building permits were issued in September 2014, which was
118.2% more than the same month of the previous year.
According to the issued building permits, the expected total value of the constructions was 3 939 191 thousand denars, which
was 22.1% less than the same month of the previous year.
Of the total number of issued building permits, 176 (66.7%) are for buildings, 29 (11.0%) are for civil engineering structures, and
59 (22.3%) are for reconstructions.
Of the total of 264 structures, for 198 (75.0%) the investors are private persons, and for 66 (25.0%) structures the investors are
business entities.
In the reference period, 448 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of 38 500 m².
