Issued building permits, August 2014

According to the data from the State Statistical Office, a total of 155 building permits were issued in August 2014, which was
10.7% more than the same month of the previous year.
According to the issued building permits, the expected total value of the constructions was 904 534 thousand denars, which was
54.2% less than the same month of the previous year.
Of the total number of issued building permits, 100 (64.5%) are for buildings, 11 (7.1%) are for civil engineering structures, and
44 (28.4%) are for reconstructions.
Of the total of 155 structures, for 114 (73.5%) the investors are private persons, and for 41 (26.5%) structures the investors are
business entities.
In the reference period, 165 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of 15 327 m².
