According to the data from the State Statistical Office, a total of 374 building permits were issued in July 2024, which was 33.6% more than the same month of the previous year.
According to the issued building permits, the expected total value of the constructions was 7 119 331 thousand denars, which was 71.7% more than the same month of the previous year.
Of the total number of issued building permits, 207 (55.3%) are for buildings, 75 (20.1%) are for civil engineering structures, and 92 (24.6%) are for reconstructions.
Of the total of 374 structures, for 200 (53.5%) the investors are private persons, and for 174 (46.5%) structures the investors are business entities.
In the reference period, 808 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of 66 044 m2.
