Issued building permits, July 2014

According to the data from the State Statistical Office, a total of 209 building permits were issued in July 2014, which was 16.8%
more than the same month of the previous year.
According to the issued building permits, the expected total value of the constructions was 6 453 003 thousand denars, which
was 344.2% more than the same month of the previous year.
Of the total number of issued building permits, 146 (69.9%) are for buildings, 24 (11.4%) are for civil engineering structures, and
39 (18.7%) are for reconstructions.
Of the total of 209 structures, for 141 (67.5%) the investors are private persons, and for 68 (32.5%) structures the investors are
business entities.
In the reference period, 314 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of 29 573 m².
