According to the data from the State Statistical Office, a total of 260 building permits were issued in May 2024, which was 18.0% less than the same month of the previous year.
According to the issued building permits, the expected total value of the constructions was 5 869 263 thousand denars, which was 10.5% more than the same month of the previous year.
Of the total number of issued building permits, 133 (51.1%) are for buildings, 54 (20.8%) are for civil engineering structures, and 73 (28.1%) are for reconstructions.
Of the total of 260 structures, for 141 (54.2%) the investors are private persons, and for 119 (45.8%) structures the investors are business entities.
In the reference period, 424 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of 36 052 m2.
