According to the issued building permits, the expected total value of the constructions was 8 819 983 thousand denars, which was 10.9% less than the same month of the previous year.
Of the total number of issued building permits, 171 (44.2%) are for buildings, 119 (30.7%) are for civil engineering structures, and 97 (25.1%) are for reconstructions.
Of the total of 387 structures, for 216 (55.8%) the investors are private persons, and for 171 (44.2%) structures the investors are business entities.
In the reference period, 951 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of 78 892 m2.
