According to the data from the State Statistical Office, a total of 318 building permits were issued in November 2023, which was 10.2% less than the same month of the previous year.
According to the issued building permits, the expected total value of the constructions was 11 726 317 thousand denars, which was 31.2% more than the same month of the previous year.
Of the total number of issued building permits, 171 (53.8) are for buildings, 70 (22.0%) are for civil engineering structures, and 77 (24.2%) are for reconstructions.
Of the total of 318 structures, for 182 (57.2%) the investors are private persons, and for 136 (42.8%) structures the investors are business entities.
In the reference period, 655 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of 55 047 m2.
