According to the data from the State Statistical Office, a total of 325 building permits were issued in October 2023, which was 12.9% less
than the same month of the previous year.
According to the issued building permits, the expected total value of the constructions was 7 539 575 thousand denars, which was
47.7% less than the same month of the previous year.
The lower value is due to the issued building permit for building the railway track Beljakovtce – Kriva Palanka in the same month of the
previous year.
Of the total number of issued building permits, 187 (57.5) are for buildings, 80 (24.6%) are for civil engineering structures, and 58
(17.8%) are for reconstructions.
Of the total of 325 structures, for 175 (53.9%) the investors are private persons, and for 150 (46.1%) structures the investors are
business entities.
In the reference period, 790 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of 71 091 m2.
