Issued building permits, June 2014

According to the data from the State Statistical Office, a total of 169 building permits were issued in June 2014, which was 6.1%
less than the same month of the previous year.
According to the issued building permits, the expected total value of the constructions was 1 933 421 thousand denars, which
was 28.2% more than the same month of the previous year.
Of the total number of issued building permits, 126 (74.6%) are for buildings, 18 (10.6%) are for civil engineering structures, and
25 (14.8%) are for reconstructions.
Of the total of 169 structures, for 119 (70.4%) the investors are private persons, and for 50 (29.6%) structures the investors are
business entities.
In the reference period, 292 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of 26 765 m².
