According to the issued building permits, the expected total value of the constructions was 4 147 120 thousand denars, which was 33.2% less than the same month of the previous year.
Of the total number of issued building permits, 134 (47.8%) are for buildings, 89 (31.8%) are for civil engineering structures, and 57 (20.4%) are for reconstructions.
Of the total of 280 structures, for 139 (49.6%) the investors are private persons, and for 141 (50.4%) structures the investors are business entities.
In the reference period, 218 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of 25 615 m2.
