Issued building permits, May 2014

According to the data from the State Statistical Office, a total of 194 building permits were issued in May 2014, which was 7.2%
less than the same month of the previous year.
According to the issued building permits, the expected total value of the constructions was 5 849 517 thousand denars, which
was 236.3% more than the same month of the previous year.
The high amount of the expected value is due to the capital investments for building the other sections of the 2 highways.
Of the total number of issued building permits, 139 (71.7%) are for buildings, 27 (13.9%) are for civil engineering structures, and
28 (14.4%) are for reconstructions.
Of the total of 194 structures, for 150 (77.3%) the investors are private persons, and for 44 (22.7%) structures the investors are
business entities.
In the reference period, 504 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of 43 765 m².
