According to the data from the State Statistical Office, a total of 337 building permits were issued in April 2022, which was 44.6% more than the same month of the previous year.
According to the issued building permits, the expected total value of the constructions was 5 474 500 thousand denars, which was 58.7% more than the same month of the previous year.
Of the total number of issued building permits, 199 (59.0%) are for buildings, 37 (11.0%) are for civil engineering structures, and 101 (30.0%) are for reconstructions.
Of the total of 337 structures, for 199 (59.1%) the investors are private persons, and for 138 (40.9%) structures the investors are business entities.
In the reference period, 752 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of 61 866 m2.
