According to the data from the State Statistical Office, a total of 250 building permits were issued in February 2022, which was 27.7% less than the same month of the previous year.
According to the issued building permits, the expected total value of the constructions was 2 763 961 thousand denars, which was 39.7% less than the same month of the previous year.
Of the total number of issued building permits, 138 (55.2%) are for buildings, 29 (11.6%) are for civil engineering structures, and 83 (33.2%) are for reconstructions.
Of the total of 250 structures, for 146 (58.4%) the investors are private persons, and for 104 (41.6%) structures the investors are business entities.
In the reference period, 440 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of 40 405 m2.
