Issued building permits, April 2014

According to the data from the State Statistical Office, a total of 205 building permits were issued in April 2014, which was 14.9%
less than the same month of the previous year.
According to the issued building permits, the expected total value of the constructions was 12 548 297 thousand denars, which
was 353.1% more than the same month of the previous year.
The high amount of the expected value is due to the capital investments for building the other sections of the 2 highways.
Of the total number of issued building permits, 130 (63.4%) are for buildings, 37 (18.1%) are for civil engineering structures, and
38 (18.5%) are for reconstructions.
Of the total of 205 structures, for 131 (63.9%) the investors are private persons, and for 74 (36.1%) structures the investors are
business entities.
In the reference period, 422 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of 36 734 m².
