According to the data from the State Statistical Office, a total of 509 building permits were issued in October 2021, which was 88.5% more than the same month of the previous year.
According to the issued building permits, the expected total value of the constructions was 9 719 076 thousand denars, which was 155.5% more than the same month of the previous year.
Of the total number of issued building permits, 321 (63.1%) are for buildings, 57 (11.2%) are for civil engineering structures, and 131 (25.7%) are for reconstructions.
Of the total of 509 structures, for 299 (58.7%) the investors are private persons, and for 210 (41.3%) structures the investors are business entities.
In the reference period, 2 311 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of 164 243 m2.
