According to the data from the State Statistical Office, a total of 318 building permits were issued in September 2021, which was 28.2% more than the same month of the previous year.
According to the issued building permits, the expected total value of the constructions was 3 833 718 thousand denars, which was 16.7% more than the same month of the previous year.
Of the total number of issued building permits, 184 (57.9%) are for buildings, 35 (11.0%) are for civil engineering structures, and 99 (31.1%) are for reconstructions.
Of the total of 318 structures, for 195 (61.3%) the investors are private persons, and for 123 (38.7%) structures the investors are business entities.
In the reference period, 618 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of 56 849 m2.
