Issued building permits, July 2021

According to the data from the State Statistical Office, a total of 446 building permits were issued in July 2021, which was 57.0% more than the same month of the previous year.

According to the issued building permits, the expected total value of the constructions was 9 952 602 thousand denars, which was 97.0% more than the same month of the previous year.

Of the total number of issued building permits, 284 (63.7%) are for buildings, 50 (11.2%) are for civil engineering structures, and 112 (25.1%) are for reconstructions.

Of the total of 446 structures, for 201 (45.1%) the investors are private persons, and for 245 (54.9%) structures the investors are business entities.

In the reference period, 1 945 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of 153 184 m2.
