According to the data from the State Statistical Office, a total of 300 building permits were issued in May 2021, which was 86.3% more than the same month of the previous year.
According to the issued building permits, the expected total value of the constructions was 3 492 299 thousand denars, which was 124.0% more than the same month of the previous year.
Of the total number of issued building permits, 164 (54.7%) are for buildings, 27 (9.0%) are for civil engineering structures, and 109 (36.3%) are for reconstructions.
Of the total of 300 structures, for 145 (48.3%) the investors are private persons, and for 155 (51.7%) structures the investors are business entities.
In the reference period, 615 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of 49 094 m2.
