According to the data of the State Statistical Office, a total of 233 building permits were issued in April 2021, which was 34.7% more than the same month of the previous year.
According to the issued building permits, the expected total value of the constructions was 3 449 894 thousand denars, which was 5.7% less than the same month of the previous year.
Of the total number of issued building permits, 149 (63.39) are for buildings, 24 (10.3%) are for civil engineering structures, and 60 (25.8%) are for reconstructions.
Of the total of 233 structures, for 117 (50.2%) the investors are private persons, and for 116 (49.8%) structures the investors are business entities.
In the reference period, 618 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of 55 104 m2.
