According to the data from the State Statistical Office, a total of 338 building permits were issued in March 2021, which was 54.3% more than the same month of the previous year.
According to the issued building permits, the expected total value of the constructions was 5 216 352 thousand denars, which was 91.1% more than the same month of the previous year.
Of the total number of issued building permits, 214 (63.3%) are for buildings, 41 (12.1%) are for civil engineering structures, and 83 (24.6%) are for reconstructions.
Of the total of 338 structures, for 220 (65.1%) the investors are private persons, and for 118 (34.9%) structures the investors are business entities.
In the reference period, 488 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of 47 831 m2.
