According to the data from the State Statistical Office, a total of 346 building permits were issued in February 2021, which was 39.5% more same than the same month of the previous year.
According to the issued building permits, the expected total value of the constructions was 4 586 656 thousand denars, which was 50.4% more than the same month of the previous year.
Of the total number of issued building permits, 205 (59.2%) are for buildings, 31 (9.0%) are for civil engineering structures, and 110 (31.8%) are for reconstructions.
Of the total of 346 structures, for 214 (61.9%) the investors are private persons, and for 132 (38.1%) structures the investors are business entities.
In the reference period, 907 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of 78 721 m2.
