According to the data from the State Statistical Office, a total of 199 building permits were issued in January 2021, which was 24.6% less than the same month of the previous year.
According to the issued building permits, the expected total value of the constructions was 2 016 567 thousand denars, which was 40.9% less than the same month of the previous year.
Of the total number of issued building permits, 105 (52.8%) are for buildings, 38 (19.1%) are for civil engineering structures, and 56 (28.1%) are for reconstructions.
Of the total of 199 structures, for 90 (45.2%) the investors are private persons, and for 109 (54.8%) structures the investors are business entities.
In the reference period, 182 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of 17 325 m2.
