According to the data from the State Statistical Office, a total of 305 building permits were issued in December 2020, which was 6.6% more than the same month of the previous year.
According to the issued building permits, the expected total value of the constructions was 3 727 211 thousand denars, which was 7.7% more than the same month of the previous year.
Of the total number of issued building permits, 181 (59.3%) are for buildings, 37 (12.1%) are for civil engineering structures, and 87 (28.6%) are for reconstructions.
Of the total of 305 structures, for 192 (62.9%) the investors are private persons, and for 113 (37.1%) structures the investors are business entities.
In the reference period, 372 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of 32 203 m2.
