According to the data from the State Statistical Office, a total of 208 building permits were issued in November 2020, which was 14.4% less than the same month of the previous year.
According to the issued building permits, the expected total value of the constructions was 1 921 700 thousand denars, which was 22.2% less than the same month of the previous year.
Of the total number of issued building permits, 112 (53.9%) are for buildings, 20 (9.6%) are for civil engineering structures, and 76 (36.5%) are for reconstructions.
Of the total of 208 structures, for 109 (52.4%) the investors are private persons, and for 99 (47.6%) structures the investors are business entities.
In the reference period, 302 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of 26 479 m2.
