According to the data from the State Statistical Office, a total of 270 building permits were issued in October 2020, which was 12.3% less same than the same month of the previous year.
According to the issued building permits, the expected total value of the constructions was 3 804 250 thousand denars, which was 1.2% more than the same month of the previous year.
Of the total number of issued building permits, 172 (63.7%) are for buildings, 30 (11.1%) are for civil engineering structures, and 68 (25.2%) are for reconstructions.
Of the total of 270 structures, for 174 (64.4%) the investors are private persons, and for 96 (35.6%) structures the investors are business entities. In the reference period, 729 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of 65 888 m2.
