According to the data from the State Statistical Office, a total of 248 building permits were issued in September 2020, which was 15.9% more than the same month of the previous year.
According to the issued building permits, the expected total value of the constructions was 3 285 005 thousand denars, which was 65.2% more than the same month of the previous year.
Of the total number of issued building permits, 139 (56.1%) are for buildings, 33 (13.3%) are for civil engineering structures, and 76 (30.6%) are for reconstructions.
Of the total of 248 structures, for 161 (64.9%) the investors are private persons, and for 87 (35.1%) structures the investors are business entities.
In the reference period, 557 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of 45 427 m2.
