According to the data of the State Statistical Office, a total of 184 building permits were issued in August 2020, which was 12.4% less than the same month of the previous year.
According to the issued building permits, the expected total value of the constructions was 3 173 512 thousand denars, which was 36.4% more than the same month of the previous year.
Of the total number of issued building permits, 112 (60.9%) are for buildings, 25 (13.6%) are for civil engineering structures, and 47 (25.5%) are for reconstructions.
Of the total of 184 structures, for 105 (57.1%) the investors are private persons, and for 79 (42.9%) structures the investors are business entities.
In the reference period, 582 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of 42 943 m2.
