According to the State Statistical Office data, a total of 284 building permits were issued in July 2020, which is the same in comparison with July 2019.
According to the issued building permits, the expected total value of the constructions was 5 053 143 thousand denars, which was 6.7.% more than the same month of the previous year.
Of the total number of issued building permits, 166 (58.5 %) are for buildings, 33 (11.6 %) are for civil engineering structures, and 85 (29.9 %) are for reconstructions.
Of the total of 284 structures, for 164 (57.8 %) the investors are private persons, and for 120 (42.2 %) structures the investors are business entities.
In the reference period, 747 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of 59 303 m2.
