According to the data from the State Statistical Office, a total of 212 building permits were issued in February 2014, which was 3.2% less than the same month of the previous year.
According to the issued building permits, the expected total value of the constructions was 3 522 477 thousand denars, which was 47.0% more than the same month of the previous year.
Of the total number of issued building permits, 147 (69.3%) are for buildings, 33 (15.6%) are for civil engineering structures, and 32 (15.1%) are for reconstructions.
Of the total of 212 structures, for 141 (66.5%) the investors are private persons, and for 71 (33.5%) structures the investors are business entities.
In the reference period, 445 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of 37 313 m2.
