According to the data from the State Statistical Office, a total of 140 building permits were issued in January 2014, which was 22.7% less than the same month of the previous year.
According to the issued building permits, the expected total value of the constructions was 2 458 386 thousand denars, which was 47.4% more than the same month of the previous year.
Of the total number of issued building permits, 113 (80.8%) are for buildings, 17 (12.1%) are for civil engineering structures, and 10 (7.1%) are for reconstructions.
Of the total of 140 structures, for 102 (72.9%) the investors are private persons, and for 38 (27.1%) structures the investors are business entities.
In the reference period, 632 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of 43 778 m2.
